Aesthetic oversight and design intent management. This includes regular updates and site visits, issue resolution and quality oversight throughout.
Full handover document including planting care guidance, supplier contacts, and first-year maintenance recommendations.
Planting Plan
Site assessment and written brief — aspect, soil conditions, existing growth, light, and the atmosphere you want to create.
Ecologically considered, scaled planting plan with full species selection.
Plant schedule detailing species, size, location and quantities for costing, ordering, and planting.
Seasonal interest notes. Care and establishment guidance for the first twelve months.
Planning permission
